Director, Automatic Marketing
Type of Position
Location: Irving, TX
This position has responsibility for working with internal and external stakeholders to successfully develop, implement and manage marketing programs. The candidate will manage the marketing program execution including the development of the campaign strategy, implementation and execution of campaign initiatives and ensure program metrics of enrollment, usage, and conversion are achieved successfully.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive customer and channel growth through effective planning, marketing program development and execution.
Design and implement complex, multi-channel marketing programs including, but not limited to, in app, email and SMS text.
Create and develop campaign strategy including objective, target definition, cadence definition, channel strategy, messaging, budget & OEM approvals.
Identify, form, and maintain relationships with key decision makers both internally and externally.
Coordinate with business intelligence to ensure campaigns are tracked, optimized and appropriate reporting is generated.
Execute and manage multiple, simultaneous projects within budget, on-schedule, and within quality standards.
Work with cross functional teams, such as, IT, account teams, finance, and operations as well as outside vendors to successfully launch and manage programs.
Evaluate and review subscription performance and make recommendations to clients on pathways to improvement.
Assist with the development of the functional marketing requirements for product standup as required.
Serve as a subject matter expert and regularly exhibit thought leadership on the latest marketing trends.
Own the key metric deliverables for assigned OEM(s).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Work closely with all members of the marketing team, account teams, project management and IT and cross-functionally with all business units.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent, relevant experience.
10+ years of experience in marketing strategy or channel management experience preferred.
3+ years of experience in the development of marketing strategy for digital products; app subscription products preferred.
Previous experience in creating and executing channel marketing plans and programs, managing and forecasting fulfillment budgets and subscription marketing or marketing technology to the consumer is required.
Good working knowledge of digital, email, web, and SMS.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and email platforms like Exact Target is a plus.

Must have excellent follow-through, be able to work with minimal direction, and balance the requirements of multiple stakeholders within an organization.
Ability to communicate complicated marketing and business analysis information.
Knowledgeable of "best practices" in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Ability to establish rapport, credibility and positive working relationship with all stakeholders including suppliers, cross functional team members and clients at all organizational levels.
Proven leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
Flexible and able to react to quickly changing needs.
Business travel as required.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
