Position Summary:

The Connected Vehicle Services division of SiriusXM builds and delivers software-based services on our connected car platform. The software we develop not only adds convenience to the daily life of our subscribers, but safety and security as well; when the worst happens, our software helps to save lives.

This position is responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications across all marketing channels. The primary role of the Marketing Communications QA Specialist will be to thoroughly review all marketing communications at all stages of development to ensure SiriusXM's stringent quality assurance processes are being met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that creative assets delivered to the production teams are execution-ready, including final designs, images, copy, etc.

  • Package up and deliver creative assets to external vendors for production work.

  • Review all production team work against the original creative assets to validate the developed communication.

  • Complete render testing of all email marketing communications prior to deployment, following the standard testing process.

  • Complete render testing report for each campaign tested.

  • Be part of the final validation team responsible to ensure that production team work is flawlessly executed before going into market.

  • Provide feedback on common issues spotted during QA process to improve future efforts upstream.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related field or equivalent, relevant experience.

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Writing and/or design experience is a plus.

  • Email and/or direct mail marketing experience is a plus.

Requirements and General Skills:

  • Enthusiasm and keen interest in marketing, design, HTML.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Graphic design background and/or web experience is a plus.

  • Basic-medium knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS is a plus.
