Type of Position
Location: New York, NY
Participates in the day-to-day administration of employee compensation programs. Serves as a contact for compensation questions. Provides analysis and makes recommendations to support the company's compensation programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long term incentives (equity).
Conducts competitive compensation analysis/benchmarking through job analysis of current and new positions.
Provides data management, reporting and analysis for compensation programs.
Creates and/or validates adhoc and recurring reports and analysis.
Reviews and approves comp related information on requisitions and offers.
Assists with HR transactions including compensation and status changes.
Ensures correct processing of all salary adjustments and promotions.
Audits and validates comp transactions and plans.
Completes submission process to compensation surveys.
Maintains files and databases of compensation information.
Works with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team with compensation-related issues.
Develops and streamlines current processes to ensure efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
2-3 years of compensation administration experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.

Compensation experience required, with equity administration preferred.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
General knowledge of Federal and State laws relating to compensation.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel to calculate IF statements, Pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
