Intern, Consumer Insights & Research - Part-Time

SiriusXM is looking for an intern to join the consumer insights and research department. This department conducts market research to understand customer behavior and trends, identify opportunities and inform go-to-market strategies, and assess the competitor landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop market research objectives and KPIs.
Design and program surveys that aim to understand current and prospect customer behavior.
Collect, analyze and present results on consumer research surveys.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Support managing weekly campaign sprints and executing project timelines.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or a related field.
Psychology/statistics degree or research experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be enrolled as a student in a U.S. based college, university or trade school at the time of applying and interning. Students who have completed at least two years of college are preferred.

Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
