Manager, Automotive Marketing

SiriusXM is looking for a strong leader and creative team player to drive awareness and subscriber growth through strategic marketing and innovative programs with our automotive partners (OEMs). This role will focus on integrating SiriusXM into marketing initiatives and campaigns with automotive partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of go-to-market program initiatives that will increase awareness for SiriusXM services, drive early engagement with new vehicle owners and subsequently grow subscriber base.
Work with creative agencies (internal/external) to develop key marketing assets to promote the SiriusXM brand including: collateral development/production, POS displays, interactive media, event marketing and promotions.
Manage SiriusXM content found within coop marketing activities to ensure accuracy and optimize platforms.
Internal, cross-functional teamwork responsibilities:
Form strong alliances with SiriusXM Programming and Promotions department to identify and capitalize on synergies with automotive partners.
Work with the Automotive Remarketing team to drive SiriusXM's pre-owned business.
Partner alongside Digital/Interactive Teams to collaborate and optimize digital and social media platforms.
Collaborate with Finance to formulate accurate short term and long term forecasts of marketing activities
Play a key role in quarterly business reviews including internal team preparation and presenting to key leadership at the OEMs.
Work collaboratively with Finance/Accounting to assist in managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget, tracking costs, submission of invoices and Purchase Orders for approval and completing monthly accruals.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Communicate key information from the OEMs within SiriusXM to drive timely responses, overall strategy, product decisions, and ultimately prioritization of initiatives.
Assist in the implementation of programs by managing timelines and executing on marketing activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience required; MBA or similar Master's degree a plus.
A minimum of 5-6 years of business experience; specific experience working at or with an automotive marketing agency, OEM, or Tier 1 preferred.
Background in supporting marketing activities with a focus on Experiential and/or Digital/Mobile programs.
Experience in creative development process including: working with graphic artists, writing creative briefs, story boarding, writing/editing copy and proofing.
Experience with developing and executing across all aspects of a partner-led business, including engagement with product development and launch, marketing, channel program execution.
Experience with, and interest in, online project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices.
Experience with and thorough knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, and how it applies to design process.

Ability to travel domestically (20-25% of the year).
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
