Position Summary:

The Senior Manager/Director of Digital Campaign Measurement & Strategy will setup, report and analyze cross-channel digital content campaigns for SiriusXM. S/he will be expected to work with stakeholders to properly tag media assets, provide channel level performance reporting, and analyze results to understand asset and overall campaign performance. S/he will work with the measurement & strategy team to help define and quantify content opportunities and build a comprehensive plan to drive engagement with current subscribers and target customer segments. The position will use performance insights to provide campaign design guidance to digital content creators.

S/he will be responsible for reporting that successfully marries in-channel content performance with downstream customer conversion, transaction, and engagement metrics. The position will combine discrete channel level data from owned social channels, site properties, and paid media into comprehensive campaign reporting that clearly articulates performance against major KPIs. The position will be responsible for using the report suite to inform peers, content teams, and department stakeholders of content performance. Reports will provide attribution of content efforts to custom actions across all SiriusXM digital properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own reporting and analysis for assigned campaigns to include owned and paid media channels.

  • Generate C-Level ready reports detailing content reach and business impact.

  • Brief stakeholders on year-to-date progress, major milestones, and definition of KPIs in analysis.

  • Promote culture of data-driven content program within the department.

  • Assist in build of framework to understand near and long-term impact of content on customer base.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • None

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with testing success accountability

  • Strong Excel data management skills

  • 6+ years of multi-channel campaign reporting & analysis experience to be considered for the Senior Manager level

  • 6+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics to be considered for the Senior Manager level

  • 8+ years of multi-channel campaign reporting & analysis experience to be considered for the Director level

  • 8+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics to be considered for the Director level

  • Understanding of best practices in testing, targeting, and optimization

  • Program / Project Management software (MS Project or others as applicable).

  • Online documentation and task management tools (such as Workfront, Jira and Confluence).

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Experience with Spredfast social content platform preferred.

  • Experience with MTA level reporting and analysis preferred.
