Position Summary:

Sirius XM seeks a Solutions Manager of Campaign Development to serve in a key role for implementing various complex initiatives supporting marketing, IT, analytics business partners.

The solutions manager will be the primary point person to review and manage incoming new initiatives, ensure that all requirements are comprehensive and aligned with capabilities. This individual will analyze and translate campaign/business, data, and application needs in order to enable the execution of new initiatives and enhance future capabilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex campaign data issues.

  • Recommend process and procedure improvements.

  • Oversee and manage large scale projects from initiation to completion.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaigns to provide greatest efficiencies.

  • Manage project status updates through a workflow management system, and be responsible for communicating timely updates to all related business partners and team members.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of practical experience in coding, testing and implementing campaign data initiatives.

  • Experience in a high-volume campaign production environments.

  • Experience ensuring high quality data delivery in big data environments.

  • 5+ years of Teradata SQL coding experience.

  • 3+ years of Teradata CIM automation experience.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with data mapping, knowledge of marketing data hierarchies system.

  • Experience with Teradata marketing applications (Aprimo/Relationship Manager) or related campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Unica etc.

  • SQL: must know how to research, identify, populate, Marketing Consumer Database SQL.

  • System implementation, project life cycle knowledge, Agile management techniques, workflow automation.

  • Experience working with variety of marketing and operational business partners.
