Position Summary :

The Director, B/OSS Development & Management will be responsible for key aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle as it relates to subscription billing and support systems. This includes leading the business management and implementation of key IT projects that facilitate the Automatic subscription-based business model.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the overall operational strategy for transforming a one-time fee business to a recurring revenue business.

  • Design and implement key components of the Subscriber Lifecycle Management systems including CRM, billing, marketing, provisioning, payments, etc. in collaboration with SiriusXM IT.

  • Communicate daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analysis and other relevant information to management, key stakeholders and team members as applicable.

  • Work effectively with both insourced and outsourced stakeholders and development teams.

  • Ensure compliance with partner contracts and internal policies and procedures.

  • Maximize synergies to reduce costs and time to market.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • None.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of combined business, operations and management.

  • At least 7+ years of experience in subscriber management and CRM.

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Development and operations experience with SaaS and on-prem enterprise software such as SalesForce, Zuora, Teradata, Jira, Confluence, etc.
