Location: Washington, D.C.
Communicates Sirius XM benefit plan information including health and welfare programs and 401(k) savings plan, through new hire orientations, answering questions and troubleshooting eligibility, coverage and claim issues. Administers company-wide leave of absence program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general administration of employee benefit programs which includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefit programs, accident and critical illness coverage and retirement plan.
Manage leave of absence program with 3 rd party vendor.
Serve as primary point of contact for all employee benefits related inquiries via phone and e-mail.
Coordinate and conduct weekly benefits orientation.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of benefits related documentation and records within our benefits administration system.
Ensure benefits and leave of absence processes are followed and appropriate documentation is received timely.
Maintain confidential employee files, both physical and electronic.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
1-2 years of experience with employee benefits plan administration.
1-2 years of experience administering leave of absence programs.

Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with ADP Vantage or other benefit administration and HRIS platforms preferred.
