Type of Position
Location: Washington, D.C.
Producer will be responsible for all aspects involved in producing successful daily talk shows in Fantasy Sports, including studio/technical operations, promotion, production, guest booking, call-screening and research.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet with executive producer, program director and host(s) on a daily basis to prepare for shows.
Implement daily tasks assigned from management and meet broadcast deadlines.
Research news stories and information and provide to hosts.
Responsible for daily show preparation for assigned talk shows.
Responsible for all studio operations.
Manage talent and flow of show during daily broadcast.
Book topical, newsworthy and entertaining guests.
Participate in promotion and imaging of the show.
Produce regular segments and features.
Manage online media pertaining to show.
Supervise special projects.
Review audience feedback and applies comments to programming.
Work with broadcast operations staff to coordinate logistics for remote broadcasts.
Interface with on-air personalities, engineering staff, marketing/advertising staff, talent and artists.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, relevant experience.
Minimum of 4 years of direct experience at a radio station or audio production facility.

Strong project management, organization, preparation and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Audio production skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on tasks and projects.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Fantasy Sports.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Twitter, Instagram, Prophet, SAW, SoundForge, Music Master, Pro Tools, Cool Edit, Adobe Audition, mixing sound elements into a professional sounding product and operating an audio board.
