Position Summary:

The Program Manager, Digital Marketing will manage campaign set up, launch, operations, reporting, analytics and optimization for direct to consumer digital marketing programs across all lines of business at SiriusXM to drive subscriptions. Program manager will be responsible for implementing tactics such as paid social media, search engine marketing, segment-based display media, including segment-based and list-based programs to meet and exceed program goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch and management of Joel Osteen marketing including:

  • Digital media planning,

  • Managing internal and external resource for creative development,

  • Performing campaign operations (ad trafficking, tagging, reporting),

  • Performing campaign optimization and management to meet goals.

  • Gross-Ad Win Back digital marketing and operations (to facilitate analytics and attribution).

  • Search Engine Marketing (media and landing page optimization).

  • ARD Digital campaigns.New ARD campaigns include campaign operations to establish and launch process to receive SL and 3PL list, match with 3rd party for targeting (Live Ramp, Neustar or other), and regular data updates.

  • Ensure all processes meet SXM privacy and compliance policies, and tagging of media and SXM assets for reporting and analysis. For all programs the program manager will be responsible for campaign reporting and analytics.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • There are currently no supervisory responsibilities associated with this job but potential to add one team member.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent, relevant experience.

  • 5+ years in digital and direct response marketing.

  • Comparable/related industry experience required (mainstream subscription services, automotive industry or automotive aftermarket, traditional direct marketing, internet services, entertainment, satellite television, credit card services, or cellular services) preferred.

Requirements and General Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiar with marketing strategy and processes, including online media, publisher development and web site integration.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, independent and responsive to feedback.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.

  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.

  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

  • Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
